The exchange of information at meetings is meant to promote communication, collaborations, new ideas, and solutions throughout the FNPS organization.
Attend your Chapter meetings to:
- Keep abreast of your Chapter’s successful programs and initiatives in addition to any challenges, needs, or problems that need to be discussed by the Council or addressed by the Society.
- Share news, announcements and information from the Council meetings with your Chapter members and encourage your Chapter to participate in State-wide intitiatives to make those initiatives successful and strengthen the overall organization.
Attend Council of Chapters meetings to:
- Represent your Chapter’s interests.
- Gather information to report back to your Chapter members about FNPS and Council, news, ideas, initiatives, and shared solutions.
If you cannot attend a meeting, send a proxy. Per the Council Guideline, Chapter Representatives are expected to ensure their Chapter is respresented at a minimum of 4 meetings per year.

- Meeting agenda and minutes are emailed to Chapter Representatives and notices are posted on the FNPS Forum Council of Chapters section and Council of Chapters Facebook page.
- Online meetings are using Zoom.
